Stone Line is a holding company which has been created in 2008 in Iran, We are primarily specialized and delivering a complete end-to-end package of consultancy, design, supply and installation of marble, travertine, onyx and granite in worldwide scale at the most compatible prices coupled with excellent services by industry’s leading professionals. Our team has extensive work experience which combined makes 15-20 years in total working with international market and we are owner of 12 queries and 7 factory.
We are the query and factory owner and we can produce Marble, Travertine, Limestone and Onyx, in forms of slabs, cut to size and Tiles. We process various finishing such as polished, Honed brushed & sand blasted.
Using the most sophisticated Italian marble production lines, plus daily selection of the superior Iranian stone blocks, leads our quality to hit a higher standard than any other factory producing Iranian stones, in terms of color and processing quality. Our rates are significantly competitive to any foreign producer of Iranian Stones, in Italy or else where.

This machine was designed to work on stationary blocks for the production
of 460/610 mm max. Wide strips with thickness dimension comprised between 10 mm for
modulmarmo and 60 mm for paving stones.
In case the required characteristic is flexibility in strip thickness and width, Mabna Sazanis utilized in the “single disc” set up.
It is not advisable to buy this way because: floor polishers do not give as good a polish as factory machine polishers. Many defects are not visible easily before polishing.
Using a non-abrasive pad attached to a machine, which rotates the pad in a circular fashion over the stone, generally between 150-300 RPM, Polishing formulations containing micro-fine abrasive materials are used with buffing to produce a more reflective gloss on the surface of stone. Waxes are also used with buffing to enhance the gloss of polished stone.
