We can supply you with our own queries and some of our block yards, holding over 20,000 tons of raw stone blocks from more than 40 Marble, Onyx, Travertine and Limestone queries.
Cut to Size:
We produce any size, cut to size pieces as big as any slab can possibly provide, with a perfect processing & dimensional cutting quality, in massive quantities.
All necessary edge finishing, holes for fixing, etc. can be done at our factory and you can enjoy a direct delivery of Iranian Stones at your construction site.
Slabs:
This section, with a capacity of 800 Sqm/Day, is equipped with Italian Machines. gang saws, Slab polishing machine & Resin Lines.
Vein Cut:
The vein cut travertine is one of the highest quality and the most unique products we supply in this type of stone. The tiles are honed and filled to give a smooth matt finish. The colour is pale cream and beige, and the superior quality of the travertine tiles really cannot be emphasised enough.
The character of this stone is what makes the travertine unique in our range. The tiles are cut in the same direction as the layers and seams of sediment that have formed over the years. This creates bands of cream and beige which are layered, running across each tile. Since we began stocking this travertine, it has become increasingly popular with designers and specifies, making use of the individual character. The tiles are suitable for use on both floors and walls in all rooms. When used on walls the veins running across each tile look particularly effective.
Cross Cut:
PLC controlled automatic machines that were designed for the elimination, through cross cutting operation, of heads and tails of 3500 mm max. Long 650 mm max. Wide strips and for the preparation of ends trimmed modular length Strips.
At the end of each cutting cycle the conveyor belt makes the ends trimmed strip to proceed
along the line and deposits the next strip in cutting position.
Owing to their operational rapidity, top level reliability and easiness in the use M702 and
M705 are utilized to feed highly productive finishing lines.
Tiles:
This section, with a capacity of 600 Sqm/Shift, is equipped with the most sophisticated full automatic SIMEC tile line. Now you can use high quality Persian natural tiles, in various colours & finishing.
